Meet your therapists
Two clinicians, one shared belief: that healing happens in a relationship where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood.
Licensed Professional Counselor
Healing begins in a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia with over 10 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families through life's challenges. I'm passionate about helping women navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, infertility, pregnancy loss, reproductive grief, and perinatal mental health.
My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and grounded in the belief that every person deserves support that honors their unique experiences, values, and identity. Whether you're moving through a difficult season, processing the past, or seeking growth, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
Resident in Counseling
People make a lot more sense than they give themselves credit for.
I'm a licensed resident therapist who spends a lot of time helping people untangle things they didn't create. Much of my work focuses on trauma, attachment, family dynamics, identity, and the ways our past quietly follows us into the present. I'm especially passionate about working with BIPOC clients, Muslim clients, cycle-breakers, and people who find themselves asking, "Why do I keep ending up here?"
Therapy with me tends to be thoughtful, direct, curious, and occasionally uncomfortable in the way growth often is. We'll explore patterns, challenge assumptions, make sense of old wounds, and hopefully leave you with more freedom than you walked in with. I'm so happy you're here.
How we work
Healing begins where you feel safe, heard, and understood. We move at a pace that respects what you're carrying.
Care that honors your identity, values, culture, and faith — with particular experience supporting Muslim and BIPOC clients.
Thoughtful and direct. We explore the patterns, make sense of old wounds, and help you leave with more freedom than you came in with.

Beyond the therapy room
Our work reaches past individual and couples sessions. The offerings below are shaped around the specifics of each situation, so fees are determined together rather than fixed in advance — reach out and we'll talk it through.
Accessible mental health education for groups, workplaces, and community spaces — from practical sessions tailored to whoever's in the room to focused workshops that help teams recognize burnout early and build a culture where wellbeing is protected.
Small, facilitated groups built around shared experience — a place to feel less alone, hear others, and grow alongside them, with the same care and confidentiality as our individual work.
Professional consultation for clinicians, teams, and organizations on clinical care, culturally responsive practice, and program development — including ongoing work alongside mosques, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations to strengthen how they support the people they serve.
Focused, single-visit assessments for individuals who need clarity — for diagnosis, treatment planning, or documentation — without an ongoing commitment.
Specialized expertise across the reproductive journey — fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and reproductive grief — alongside broader initiatives supporting women's mental and emotional wellbeing through life's transitions, individually and in community.
Culturally attuned care for students far from home — navigating a new culture, academic pressure, homesickness, and questions of identity — in a space that understands the language, faith, and family context you carry with you.
